Looking for a laid back and respectful roommate looking to rent for FREE!
We want a mature and experienced babysitter for a shared house in East Providence right along the bike path. There are currently three roommates and one open bedroom. All the roommates are young women who are recent college grads. We like a friendly and clean home. It's a three minute drive to RISD or Brown, and it's a ten minute bike ride to downtown Providence. We have a fenced in backyard, plenty of common space, laundry in the basement, off street parking for one car each, and trash pick up. All utilities are included in the rent trade, as well as cable and Internet.
This is a unique living situation, because we pay our rent in babysitting/housecleaning hours. The landlord and her four young children live separately, which means you need a car. You will work off ALL rent costs, including utilities, by signing up for two shifts per week. Details will be worked out in person.
They are a young artistic couple who work out of their home office half the time, and on location in Providence and Boston some days. Their kids are young and will keep you busy, the right roommate will be experienced managing chaos with a smile!
Available in September, just in time for the school year!
